After a detailed understanding, the Nigerian businessmen reached an intention of cooperation with Sanhe company on the spot.

It can make the businessmen of Nigeria, a big oil producing country in Africa, convinced. Sanhe company relies on the core technology. It is understood that a large number of sucker rods need to be replaced every year in every oil field of our country. Except for serious eccentric wear and serious corrosion and bending deformation, most of the old sucker rods can be repaired and reused.

"The market prospect of the old sucker rod repairing is very broad." Wang Fangchao told reporters that relying on its unique technical advantages, the company's products have been used by major domestic oil fields and sold abroad, and have successively obtained the national industrial product production license and API export license of American Petroleum Institute.

The so-called "unique technical advantage" is a complete set of variable diameter repair technology of sucker rods, which has been explored and summarized by the company's technical personnel through years of practice, and has also obtained the national patent for independent invention, filling a gap in the repair of abandoned sucker rods.

"We plan to build the 100000 ton high temperature and corrosion-resistant Petroleum Equipment Remanufacturing project under construction into the first 360 degree recycling remanufacturing petroleum equipment industry chain in China, which will take the waste sucker rods eliminated from the oilfield as raw materials." Wang Fangchao said.

According to reports, the project is planned to invest 200 million yuan with an annual production capacity of 100000 tons. Its main products are oil equipment projects such as sucker rods, oil pipes, casings and drilling pipes, which are expected to be put into production in 2016. At present, the project is in the initial stage of construction, the main frame of the two workshops (precision casting workshop and rolling workshop) has been positioned, and part of the foundation work has been started.

According to the current market price, the repaired old sucker rod can save 10 yuan per meter and 3200 yuan per ton compared with the new one. After the project is put into operation, the annual production capacity is 100000 tons, and it is expected to save 320 million yuan of expenditure for the oilfield every year.

It is understood that in order to support the development of circular economy, Dongying City awards nearly one million yuan of funds to energy-saving outstanding enterprises, and sets up a loan revolving fund of 20 million yuan for free use, focusing on supporting the development of circular economy and energy conservation and environmental protection industry. Up to now, a total of 58.6 million yuan has been invested to support key projects of circular economy, energy conservation and environmental protection.
